Sweetness: A Reading is a reading featuring Dan Lau and other Chinese diasporic poets whose work similarly touches on issues of identity, labor, coloniality, and diaspora. This reading is taking place at the culmination of a year-long San Francisco Arts Commission grant, which has afforded Dan the opportunity to research, write, and produce his chapbook length work, Sweetness.
